Returned items must be sent back within 60 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items returned that are not in acceptable/resell-able condition, or reason for return isn't a result of PetRoverUSA error/fault may be subject to restocking fees. This offer applies to returns from 48 contiguous states only and can be used once per order/per household within the 60 days period.
